Job summary

EHL in Lausanne, Switzerland seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to advise managers on strategic HR matters and drive organizational effectiveness. You will align people strategies with business goals, support talent development, and ensure Swiss labor compliance, while embodying a human-centric, service-oriented mindset.

You will collaborate across the People Experience team to implement HR initiatives, transform processes and shape a high-performing workplace for our staff and educators.

Qualifications

• Swiss Federal HR Specialist Certificate or university degree in HR.
• 5+ years of confirmed experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience in organizational and/or HR transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on a broad range of HR topics, including organizational development, talent and performance management, employee relations and change management.
• Translate business priorities into impactful people solutions.
• Support talent development and career growth, helping managers build strong and sustainable teams.
• Contribute to a consistent and positive employee experience, adapting solutions to different populations and business needs.
• Coach and advise managers through complex people situations, leadership challenges and organizational changes.
• Play an active role in HR transformation initiatives, contributing to the evolution of HR processes, practices and tools.
• Act as a driver of change, challenging existing ways of working, identifying opportunities for improvement and bringing forward new ideas and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and key stakeholders to successfully implement HR initiatives.
