EHL is seeking an HR Business Partner to shape a high-performing workplace. You will advise managers on strategic HR matters, support talent development, and ensure compliance with Swiss labor regulations.

Your role drives organizational effectiveness, change management, and a people-centric culture within a world‑class hospitality education environment. We value transparency, accountability, collaboration, care and experimentation.

Competenze

Swiss Federal HR Specialist Certificate or university degree in HR.
5+ years in HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
Experience with organizational/HR transformations.
Strong HR processes, tools and operational understanding.
Proactive, solution-oriented, able to challenge the status quo.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent in French and English.
Willing to contribute to change and growth.

Partner with managers on a broad range of HR topics (OD, talent and performance, employee relations, change management).
Translate business priorities into impactful people solutions.
