Job summary

Zentiva is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to own Northwestern Switzerland, building partnerships with SD-Physicians, Pharmacists and HCP groups to drive growth in pharmacies and self-dispensing practices.

You will manage key accounts, develop territory plans, and ensure sales targets and profitability while delivering exemplary customer experience across urban and rural health settings.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at advanced level (C1/C2).
• Experience in Swiss healthcare field sales, territory or account management.
• Track record with pharmacies and physicians as customers.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with prioritization skills.
• Excellent CRM, forecasting and planning discipline.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with SD-Physicians, Pharmacists & HCP Groups.
• Develop partnerships with SD Groups, pharmacies, networks and associations.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability.
• Build relationships with SD-GPs and specialists in the German-speaking Swiss region.
• Prepare territory plans and report bi-weekly in CRM.
