Qualifikationen

• Relevant experience in programme development, event programming, partner engagement, business development, account management or a related role.
• Experience working across partner development, account management or industry-facing teams, with an understanding of acquisition, engagement and retention responsibilities.
• Experience supporting senior-level meetings, sessions or convenings and preparing clear materials for senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Experience using pipeline, engagement or relationship information to identify risks, opportunities and next actions is helpful.
• Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Salesforce or another customer relationship management system is helpful.

• Support major Centre programming across the year, from planning through delivery and follow-up.
• Maintain visibility across programming activity, dates, sessions, speakers and delivery risks.
• Develop session objectives, formats, agendas and briefing materials; coordinate with relevant teams on deliverables.
