Zusammenfassung

The World Health Organization in Geneva invites applications for Head of the Project & Change Management Office (P5) on a fixed-term two-year appointment. The role leads project and change managers, ensures governance and timely, on-budget delivery across the WHE portfolio.

You will shape data and digital strategy, advise the EXD and leadership, oversee the WHE Digital Ecosystem, and foster cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, international health emergencies context.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced master's degree in business administration, project management, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Professional qualification in PMI or Prince 2.
• Training in Software Development Life Cycles, ITIL 4 or related methodologies.
• Certification in enterprise architecture, data governance, or digital health (TOGAF, DAMA-DMBOK).
• At least 10 years of experience in portfolio, programme and project planning and delivery.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of project managers, change managers, project support officers and others.
• Perform change management and map customer journeys across projects and services.
• Manage and expand the WHE portfolio with visibility on plans, status, risks, and reporting.
• Oversee the WHE Digital Ecosystem for coherence and value for money.
• Provide strategic analysis to EXD and leadership on portfolio delivery.
