Zusammenfassung

The World Economic Forum's Centre for Health and Healthcare in Geneva is seeking a proactive Operations and Partner Engagement professional to support year‑round programming and major Forum meetings.

You will liaise with Partner Development and Industry teams, manage session objectives, formats and briefing materials, and keep Salesforce and other tools up to date to ensure timely delivery and active partner engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in programme development and event programming.
• Experience supporting senior-level meetings and preparing materials.
• Ability to identify risks, opportunities and next actions.
• Strong written communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

• Support major Centre programming across the year from planning through delivery and follow-up.
• Maintain tools and Salesforce information for partner-facing activity.
• Serve as liaison with Partner Development and Industry teams.
• Identify engagement gaps and help plan retention strategies.
