Job summary

ten23 health is seeking a Head of Supply Chain Management in Visp, onsite, 100% FTE, to lead end-to-end supply chain operations in a highly regulated biopharma setting. German fluency at B2-C1 level is required.

You will shape strategy for procurement, production planning, inventory, and global logistics, ensuring quality, regulatory adherence, and cost efficiency. You will mentor teams and drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements while promoting data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain management within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of cGMP and international trade/customs compliance.
• Proven expertise in temperature-sensitive or specialized logistics networks.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle and ERP planning tools.
• APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with production targets and sustainable growth.
• Lead S&OP across Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance teams.
• Design and implement risk mitigation against disruptions and material shortages.
• Oversee strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier performance management.
• Direct global logistics and optimize inventory, including cold chain requirements.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA/EMA, and internal quality standards.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing supply chain team and drive continuous improvement.
