Bachem Holding AG in Northwestern Switzerland (Sisslerfeld) is seeking a Senior Project Procurement Lead to drive the procurement workstream for a major CAPEX program. You will coordinate with Category Managers, Engineering, PMO and project leadership to optimize commercial outcomes.

Fluent German and English, 10–15+ years in procurement within pharma/chem/industrial sectors, and a strong track record in complex negotiations are desired.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 10–15+ years of procurement and contract management experience on large CAPEX projects.
• Proven track record in complex procurement packages and high-value negotiations.

Aufgaben

• Lead the procurement workstream for Bachem Sisslerfeld and act as the single contact for project procurement activities.
• Define and drive overall procurement strategy aligned with PMO and Engineering.
• Coordinate procurement across CAPEX categories: Construction, Equipment, Installation & Interior, Automation, Engineering services.
• Support and partially lead major contract negotiations and award recommendations.
• Own procurement governance, risk management and reporting across the portfolio.
• Partner with Legal for contract reviews of complex agreements.
• Drive claims and commercial dispute management with Category Manager, Legal and PMO.
• Drive contract changes and manage commercial risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Represent Procurement in project leadership meetings and executive reviews.
• Be a trusted advisor to Project Leadership on procurement and contractual matters.
• Ensure alignment with Bachem standards and governance.
