Job summary

Lonza is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain for its Integrated Biologics platform. This senior leader will direct end-to-end supply chain across sites and the global network to ensure reliable customer delivery and scalable execution.

You will drive demand and supply planning, S&OP/S&OE, network design, capacity and inventory strategies, and lead digital enablement, automation and performance management.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience across end-to-end Supply Chain in a complex global manufacturing environment.
• Broad Supply Chain expertise spanning demand and supply planning, S&OP, production planning, inventory, logistics, warehousing and network planning.
• APICS and/or Lean Six Sigma qualifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Integrated Biologics Supply Chain strategy across the global network.
• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain across sites and global functions with a high-performing leadership team.
• Ensure reliable customer delivery through integrated demand and supply planning, S&OP, production planning and inventory management.
• Drive network, capacity and inventory strategy balancing service, resilience, cost and risk.
• Lead digital enablement, automation and performance management in Supply Chain transformation.
