Job summary

Sterile Biologics CDMO in Switzerland is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to lead the site's end-to-end supply chain, ensuring robust supply, production planning and customer delivery in a highly regulated sterile manufacturing environment.

This senior role reports to the Site Director and requires extensive experience in pharma/biologics supply chains, S&OP, MRP/ERP, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT, Engineering, Finance, Procurement and

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading a Supply Chain function in pharma, biotech, biologics, sterile manufacturing or CDMO.
• Proven ability to run site-wide supply chain strategy with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements and customer delivery in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site-wide supply chain strategy across planning, procurement, logistics and inventory.
• Lead production planning, capacity planning and materials management.
• Oversee OTIF performance, supplier performance and risk management.
• Drive S&OP/IBP processes and ERP/MRP optimisation.
• Build and develop a high-performing supply chain team across functions.
