Roche is seeking a Global Sourcing and Material Manager based in Rotkreuz to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management across global regions. You will partner with procurement teams to optimize TCO, manage critical A-supplier portfolios, and align with product lifecycles and transfers to manufacture.

This role focuses on risk mitigation, process excellence, and cross-site collaboration within Global Operations. The target grade is SE6.

Qualifikationen

• 5 to 8+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement within manufacturing or life sciences.
• Proven cross-functional sourcing project leadership with high spend.
• Direct procurement experience in electronic and mechanical components.

Aufgaben

• Strategic partnering with Global Procurement and Category Management.
• Shape supplier selection and procurement parameters for new product launches.
• Mitigate VUCA/geopolitical risks and drive supplier capacity planning.
• Execute end-to-end requisition-to-order workflows to meet KPIs.
• Manage Tier 1 and 2 supplier escalations and risk frameworks.
• Modernize sourcing processes and scale capabilities for growth.
