Zusammenfassung

Roche is seeking a Global Sourcing and Material Manager responsible for ensuring flawless inbound supply across a vast network. You will partner with global procurement and category management to optimize costs, lead supplier relationships, and coordinate strategic sourcing across regions.

With 5–8+ years in strategic procurement within life sciences, you will drive end-to-end material flows, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement using SAP ERP, P2P, and BI tools like Tableau.

Qualifikationen

University degree in Business Administration or Engineering; Master’s preferred.
5–8+ years in strategic sourcing, direct procurement, or supply chain engineering.
Experience with direct procurement categories, esp. electronic and mechanical components.
Strong knowledge of product lifecycles, BOM structures, and transfer-to-manufacture.

Aufgaben

Collaborate with Global Procurement and Category Management to manage key A-suppliers.
Engage early in development projects for new product launches and tech transfers.
Orchestrate end-to-end requisition-to-order cycles and optimize TCO.
Partner with global teams to mitigate geopolitical risks and ensure supply resilience.
