Qualifikationen

• University degree in business; post-graduate qualification preferred.
• Business fluency in English and local site language.
• 3+ years procurement experience including contracting, enterprise systems, and spot buying.
• Experience with cost reduction and value improvement programs.
• Familiarity with eSourcing tools and procure-to-pay systems.
• Good communication and ability to translate requirements into procurement specs.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic procurement initiatives within a manufacturing network focusing on efficiency, compliance, and service quality.
• Understand end-user requirements and leverage category guidance to drive value.
• Coordinate sourcing processes (RfIs, RfQs, RfPs) and apply eSourcing tools.
• Support new processes, policies, and technologies; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to protect the organization.
• Communicate status and outcomes of procurement activities; document purchasing processes.
