Avaloq AG is seeking a Head of Financial Planning, Analysis and Controlling to steer the company’s financial future. You will lead a 20+ person multi-country FP&A and Controlling team, shaping long-range plans, budgeting, and performance reporting, and partnering with senior leadership to optimize profitability.

You’ll drive strategic planning, risk analyses, and cost management while modernizing ERP and reporting tools.

Qualifikationen

12+ years of senior finance experience including 5+ years in FP&A
Minimum 3+ years in senior leadership managing teams
Proficiency in advanced financial modelling, forecasting and cost analysis
