Job summary

Roche is seeking an Area Finance Manager for the Middle East. You will be part of the Area Leadership team, advising the Area Head and Regional Leadership Team, translating business decisions into enterprise-wide financial impact while upholding compliance.

You will coach the Middle East finance organization, mentor Affiliate Finance Managers, and drive resource allocation to deliver value and support Roche medicines to patients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large finance teams and shaping enterprise-wide financial strategies.
• Track record of aligning finance with business strategy and driving value creation.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders without authority.
• Demonstrated learning agility and entrepreneurial mindset to navigate complex markets.
• Excellent communication skills and digital/AI awareness in finance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial oversight for the Middle East, aligning regional plans with Pharma International goals.
• Partner with Area Head and Regional Leadership to shape long-term strategy and resource allocation.
• Coach Affiliate Finance Managers and build a high-performing, inclusive finance organization.
• Lead governance, risk management and cross-border reporting to ensure compliance and value delivery.
