Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new investment opportunities through industry networks and market research.
• Leading comprehensive due diligence across scientific, clinical, technical, financial, and commercial areas.
• Structuring and negotiating complex investment terms and presenting recommendations to the investment committee.
• Post-investment portfolio management and supporting portfolio companies towards exits.
