Aenova Group seeks a Finance Director Cluster RoW in Dietschwil (SG), Switzerland. You will serve as the local Head of Finance, co-owning the P&L and leading finance across Switzerland, Romania and the U.S.

You will report to the Group CFO and the local Managing Director on a dual line, with significant on-site presence. The role demands 10+ years in operational finance, a strong strategic and hands-on footprint in plant Controlling, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10+ years in operational finance at senior level
• Experience as Finance Director or VP Operations Finance
• Strong plant and production controlling across multiple sites
• Background in management consulting is a plus, esp. manufacturing
• Experience in pharma, consumer goods, or industrial/high-volume manufacturing preferred
• Degree in business administration or economics from a leading university
• Proficiency in controlling, FP&A, accounting, and SAP-based processes

Aufgaben

• Act as local Head of Finance and member of leadership team
• Partner with Cluster Operations Head and Plant Leadership Teams
• Co-own P&L and manage performance across four sites
• Perform financial analyses, cost structures, productivity and working capital
• Provide strategic decision support to Group CFO
• Develop controlling standards, tools and data quality
• Lead investment programs (>€50m) with business cases and tracking
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and mid-term planning
• Foster a performance-driven culture and risk controls
• Lead Swiss and Romanian finance teams across functions
