Aenova Group is seeking a seasoned Head of Finance to lead financial operations at our Kirchberg site in the Basel area. You will join the leadership team and collaborate with senior management across sites in Switzerland, Romania and the U.S.

Responsibilities include co-owning P&L, driving budgeting and forecasting, leading a >€50m investment program, and ensuring robust controls. Fluent German and English are essential, with on-site presence several days per week.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in operational finance with leadership.
• Hands-on plant and production controlling across sites.
• Experience driving cost reduction and performance improvements.
• Fluent German and English; Romanian a plus.
