Swisslinx AG in Zürich is seeking an experienced finance professional to drive run-the-business financial controlling. You will monitor operating income, OPEX, and premises costs, and directly inform the COO and business leadership on performance and decisions.

You will lead budgeting/forecasting, oversee FTEs, maintain records, and deliver ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives across functions, collaborating with senior management.

Competenze

• Strong experience in financial services or financial services consulting.
• Project management experience and the ability to structure complex issues and work independently.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, organisational and communication skills.
• Experience working across functions and directly with senior management.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to coordinate stakeholders while producing high-quality deliverables.
• University degree or equivalent higher education in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Good written and spoken German and English.

Mansioni

• Deliver accurate and timely monitoring of operating income, operating expenses (OPEX) and premises costs to inform COO and business leadership decisions.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor internal and external full-time equivalents (FTEs), manage internalisation requests and maintain accurate management records.
• Produce ad hoc financial analysis, support strategic run-the-business initiatives and coordinate relevant meetings.
• Support global initiatives to improve operational performance, products and services and analyse cross-functional issues independently.
