Zusammenfassung

Experis Switzerland is seeking a driven finance professional for a hybrid role in Zurich. You will support RtB financial monitoring and planning, ensuring accurate tracking of income, OPEX and premises, and you will collaborate with divisional COOs and local leaders.

The position requires a university degree in business, strong experience in finance or consulting, project management skills, and fluency in English and German.

Responsabilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely RtB financial monitoring – covering operating income, operating expenses (OPEX) and premises – to support informed decision-making by the divisional COO, sub-unit heads and local COOs
• Lead financial planning activities, including forecasting and budgeting, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Monitor and manage internal and external full-time equivalents (FTEs), handle internalisation requests and maintain accurate records for management oversight
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for strategic RtB initiatives

Your Profile:

• University degree or other higher education in Business Administration or equivalent
• Profound experience in the financial industry or in financial industry consulting
• Project management experience, with structured and independent thinking in a complex and challenging environment
• Experience working closely with different functional areas and within a senior management environment
• Excellent organisational, analytical, conceptual and communication skills Strong presentation skills
• Ability to organise and coordinate as well as deliver content yourself Comfortable working at both the operational and the strategic level
• Fluency in English and German (required)
