Experis is seeking a Business Management & Financial Controlling Specialist – COO Office in Zurich. The role combines financial monitoring, planning and governance to enable strategic decision-making at the COO level, with hybrid work in Zurich.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in business administration, substantial financial industry experience, and strong project management and communication skills in English and German. Swiss work permit eligibility applies.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, conceptual and communication skills with strong presentation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Ensure accurate and timely RtB financial monitoring – covering operating income, operating expenses (OPEX) and premises – to support informed decision-making by the divisional COO, sub-unit heads and local COOs.
• Lead financial planning activities, including forecasting and budgeting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and manage internal and external FTEs, handle internalisation requests and maintain records for management oversight.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for strategic RtB initiatives.

Responsabilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely RtB financial monitoring – covering operating income, operating expenses (OPEX) and premises – to support informed decision-making by the divisional COO, sub-unit heads and local COOs

• Monitor and manage internal and external full-time equivalents (FTEs), handle internalisation requests and maintain accurate records for management oversight
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for strategic RtB initiatives

Your Profile:

• University degree or other higher education in Business Administration or equivalent
• Profound experience in the financial industry or in financial industry consulting
• Project management experience, with structured and independent thinking in a complex and challenging environment
• Experience working closely with different functional areas and within a senior management environment
• Excellent organisational, analytical, conceptual and communication skills Strong presentation skills
• Ability to organise and coordinate as well as deliver content yourself Comfortable working at both the operational and the strategic level
• Fluency in English and German (required)
