Job summary

You bring 5+ years in controlling (3+ in a senior role), strong financial reporting, fluent English and German, and a professional certification. A valid Swiss work permit and residence in Switzerland are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in controlling, including at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and revenue management.
• Proven experience with Power BI or comparable BI tools.
• Professional certifications (e.g. Swiss Certified Expert in Financial Accounting and Controlling, CMA) are an advantage.
• Fluency in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial control, cost management, budgeting, forecasting and planning.
• Lead annual budgeting with emphasis on client revenue streams and profitability.
• Own detailed financial forecasts and multi-year plans with margin analysis.
• Drive reporting and stakeholder communication, including variance analysis.
• Steer digitalisation of finance processes and development of Power BI dashboards.
