Job summary

Pictet in Geneva is seeking a Financial Controlling Analyst for a 12-month contract to join the Finance – Group Corporate Services team. You will perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting to support senior management.

You will deliver monthly results, contribute to multi-year planning, and develop reports and dashboards to illuminate cost drivers. Strong analytical skills and bilingual FR/EN are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in financial analysis, controlling or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Fluency in French and English; resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Delivering monthly financial results to senior management on time, together with business metrics and supporting in-depth analyses of the GCS division’s cost drivers.
• Contributing to the Group’s budgeting and forecasting processes, including business and financial modelling, the multi-year plan, variance analysis and performance reviews.
• Developing reports and data visualisation tools that highlight key elements and drivers of financial performance and make complex data accessible and actionable.
• Developing a deep understanding of Pictet GCS’s costs allocation mechanisms to business lines.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, develop analyses and support decision-making.
• Conducting targeted financial and strategic analysis to identify trends, business and cost drivers as well as opportunities for improvement.
