Zusammenfassung

Empira Group in Switzerland seeks an experienced Controlling professional to drive group-wide investment and operational controlling. You will co-develop a scalable reporting system, prepare budgets and forecasts per HGB/IFRS with budget managers, and perform variance analyses for senior management.

You will communicate across levels, optimise planning processes, and implement high-quality analytical tools to standardise corporate controlling at the group level.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Real Estate Management, ideally with accounting/controlling/finance focus.
• Several years’ professional experience in corporate controlling, ideally in property or fund sector.
• Strong numbers aptitude and outstanding analytical skills.
• Confident, articulate with excellent coordination and management abilities.
• Very good MS Excel; LucaNet knowledge is a plus.
• Goal-oriented, independent, hands-on approach.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Own group-wide investment controlling and operational controlling for the group of companies.
• Develop a reporting system appropriate for a group of this size and the related controlling structures.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for individual companies and the Group per HGB and IFRS, in collaboration with budget managers.
• Prepare and analyze status reports, ad hoc analyses and variances; monitor key performance indicators for management.
• Communicate with senior management, cost centre managers and accounts department.
• Develop and implement transparent, high-quality controlling concepts and tools to standardise the group.
• Continuously optimise planning, management and control processes across the group.
