Job summary

Pictet Group, a leading Swiss financial services company, seeks a Finance professional to drive financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for the Group Corporate Services. You will provide senior management with insightful analyses and actionable recommendations.

In this role you will develop reports, support cost allocation understanding, and collaborate across departments to ensure robust financial processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in financial analysis, controlling or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data management and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake).
• Fluency in French and English is essential.
• Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly financial results to senior management with business metrics and deep analyses of cost drivers.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, including financial modelling and variance analysis.
• Develop reports and data visualisation tools to highlight key performance drivers.
• Understand cost allocation mechanisms of GCS and support cross-functional data gathering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support decision-making.
• Perform targeted financial and strategic analyses to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
