Job summary

Pictet Wealth Management is seeking a Geneva-based Project Manager for a 24-month fixed-term contract to support strategic planning, budgeting and performance reporting. You will work across Strategy, Finance, Analytics and wider teams to drive transformation projects and provide financial insights.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least two years in a similar financial services role, with fluency in French and English and residency in Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Two years' experience in a similar role in financial services or with a consulting firm (strategy consulting or corporate finance).
• In-depth knowledge of and interest in the wealth management industry.
• Excellent analytical skills, ownership mindset, and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently in a demanding environment.
• Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
• Advanced presentation skills (PowerPoint) and proficiency in analytical tools.
• Fluent in French and English; resident in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Support the team head and other team members in their roles and responsibilities.
• Help prepare and steer PWM’s strategic-planning and annual budget/target processes.
• Prepare updates for managerial committees on commercial and financial results.
• Support articulation of strategic priorities and breakdown into initiatives and projects, monitoring progress.
• Carry out ad hoc financial analyses as requested by the ExBo or the Group Executive Committee.
• Produce regular reports, support quarterly financial forecasting for all zones and identify concrete actions to reach targets.
• Improve tools and processes, notably with PWM Pricing and PWM Finance Analytics.
