CERN is seeking a Procurement Professional in the Supplies (SU) section to join the PI group in Geneva. This full-time role focuses on ERP implementation support, Source to Contract processes, and procurement of software and IT services to support the organisation.

You will draft commercial documents, define strategies, source new suppliers, and negotiate terms while providing regular progress reports to management on procurement activities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience drafting commercial documents for supply/IT contracts or license agreements.
• Ability to define procurement strategies.
• Experience sourcing new suppliers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage and follow up commercial aspects of contracts, including analysis of offers.

Aufgaben

• Participate in the ERP implementation project.
• Participate in procurements for supply and IT contracts and license agreements, including price inquiries and tenders, negotiating terms, and placing orders and contracts.
• Provide regular reports to management on procurement progress.
