Endress+Hauser Gruppe is seeking an Industry Manager to drive digital growth in Food & Beverage, with potential expansion into other hygienic industries. Based in Reinach, Switzerland, you will bridge Sales, Marketing, Technology and R&D to turn digital insight into compelling offers.

You will define a 3-5 year growth plan, build customer insights, and shape portfolio priorities with measurable business outcomes, reporting to the Head of Business Development.

Qualifikationen

• Industry knowledge in Food & Beverage digital operations.
• Experience with digital transformation and solution sales.
• Ability to engage across Sales, Marketing, Technology and R&D.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute a 3-5 year digital growth strategy and GTM plan for F&B and related industries.
• Gain deep insight into customer processes, architectures, data flows and buying expectations.
• Position and articulate our digital portfolio for priority applications.
• Create industry-specific value propositions and bundles tied to measurable outcomes.
• Drive strategy execution across functions and markets with clear ownership.
• Lead flagship customer projects from idea to market scaling with business cases and closure.
