Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in controlling, including at least 3 years in a senior role.
• In-depth expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and revenue management.
• Professional certification (e.g. Swiss CEF or CMA) is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive financial control, cost monitoring, and reporting across the organisation.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning with focus on client revenue streams.
• Oversee revenue management, profitability analysis, and client billing processes.
• Drive digitalisation of finance processes and develop dashboards in Power BI.
