Zusammenfassung

UBS is seeking a proactive professional to join the UGM COO distribution team in Opfikon, supporting global markets sales strategy. You will work across sales, product, and control functions to drive analytics, MI reporting, and process improvements.

You will collaborate with Senior Management to prepare high-quality outputs, map front-to-back processes, and implement strategic initiatives with a strong focus on AI-enabled enhancements and control ownership within the division.

Qualifikationen

• min. 4 years relevant industry experience (Sales, Business Mgmt, COO, and/or consulting)
• Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration
• ability to work independently on given deliverables
• ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into presentable formats for senior management
• strong collaboration across COO and control functions
• excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills

Aufgaben

• Drive day-to-day COO BAU activities: business analytics, MI reporting, problem solving, management support
• Support preparation of outputs for Senior Management
• Maintain robust operating platform front-to-back incl. ownership of key controls and product flows
• Support implementations of the sales and client strategies with product business area/sales team
• Support EMEA Business Head in implementing business strategy and daily operations
• Serve as liaison between lines of business and various support partners to drive accountability
• Work on enhancements in COO and sales processes through automation / AI
• Work with Technology to support front-to-back systems / MI, incl. One UBS Revenue reporting, CID management across divisions
