UBS in Zürich seeks a dynamic Manager, AM COO to lead orchestration, business management, and change initiatives within the Asset Management COO. The role spans end-to-end business management, investment/change portfolio governance, and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape efficient processes, strengthen operating models, and drive value realization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of experience structuring, managing, and delivering complex initiatives in financial services/asset management.
• Good understanding of the Asset Management value chain and operations.
• Experience applying structured problem solving and business management frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data, AI, and digital enablement trends.
• Experience in change management and governance in regulated environments is a plus.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple priorities.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel to synthesize complex topics into narratives.
• Team player with ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent listening and senior stakeholder management experience.
• Curious about AI to improve workflows with sound judgment and risk awareness.

Aufgaben

• Support orchestration and business management of the AM COO organization across workstreams.
• Design and evolve a horizontal AM COO operating function with key cadences.
• Prepare and syndicate high quality materials for senior stakeholder engagements.
• Design a framework to track AM business cases across their lifecycle.
• Support development and execution of AM Technology strategy aligned with objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and translate into opportunities for AM COO and Technology.
• Support AI strategy development within AM COO in collaboration with AI Center of Excellence.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, operational excellence, and UBS Principles.
