UBS is seeking ambitious students for its 2027 Internship Program within the Personal & Corporate Chief Operations Office in Switzerland. Qualifikationen

• Has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree and graduated no more than 12 months ago.
• Has a competitive GPA of 4.5 on the Swiss grading scale.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with sound business judgement.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Initial experience in management consulting, project management or a similar analytical role.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; able to handle large data sets and translate to narratives.

Aufgaben

• collaborate closely with the Sales Office Head and senior stakeholders from day one, helping advance strategic sales priorities across offline and online channels
• take ownership of clearly defined analyses and deliverables, turning sales data, business input and client insights into actionable recommendations and high-impact presentations for senior leaders
• contribute to the development of strategic sales capabilities, such as Client Advisor enablement, digital product journeys and client referrals, working alongside the teams responsible for delivery
• help coordinate cross-functional initiatives and prepare decision material, including business cases, management updates and follow-ups that turn commercial priorities into concrete next steps
