PwC Switzerland is seeking a Microsoft Alliance – Cloud & AI Platforms Sales Director / Senior Manager to accelerate growth in the Swiss market. Qualifikationen

• Experience in selling Microsoft Cloud, Data, and AI solutions.
• Strong track record in sales and business development of enterprise services enabled by Microsoft technology.
• Experience of working in and understanding the professional services or consulting environments.
• Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering client value and revenue growth.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills, particularly with senior stakeholders across both Microsoft and PwC.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to identify and shape new opportunities with Microsoft and PwC.
• Experience working in Industry.

Aufgaben

• Drive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting business transformation opportunities enabled by the Microsoft Technology Portfolio Cloud & AI Platforms.
• Collaborate with the Microsoft ecosystem, account executives and technical specialists to shape joint value propositions into clients and co-sell strategies around cloud, data and AI.
• Lead strategic sales pursuits, including win strategy development, proposal creation, and client engagement through to deal closure.
• Leverage Microsoft's partner programs, incentives, and funding to support opportunity development and client value.
• Act as a connector between Microsoft and PwC teams, ensuring alignment against sales pursuits.
• Work closely within the PwC Lines of Service to identify opportunities with Microsoft solutions and positioning.
• Alignment with the Alliance Teams for strategy and execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across Microsoft's business.
• Stay informed on Microsoft's evolving solution portfolio, commercial models, and market trends.
• Provide insight and feedback to internal stakeholders to shape solution development and market positioning working with the wider alliances team.
• Achieve sales and programme funding targets.
