FELFEL Switzerland in Zürich is seeking a Business Development Manager (100%) to own and grow a large client portfolio, ensuring high satisfaction and renewal rates. You will build lasting relationships, identify client needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless FELFEL experience.

The role requires 3–5 years in account management or similar roles, strong German and English skills, and a proactive, hospitality-driven mindset. Swiss work permit or citizenship is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in account management, client success, or a similar customer-facing role.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage a large portfolio of clients from post trial engagement to renewal.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key contacts to manage expectations and overall satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze client needs continuously to optimize their experience and pinpoint cross-sell or upsell opportunities.
• Drive organic growth actively within your segment to maximize account potential and business value.
• Engage proactively with clients flagged during health checks and monitor key metrics to prevent churn proactively.
• Lead account reviews, contract negotiations, and renewals with confidence and care.
• Work hand in hand with Acquisition, Product, Operations, and Support teams for a seamless FELFEL experience.
• Bring client feedback back into the company to improve food and service.
