An established, privately owned international investment and financial services group is looking for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join its Zurich team.

The organisation has a long-standing international track record across private and public markets, combining an established global platform with an entrepreneurial and independent culture. The role will focus primarily on developing relationships across German-speaking Switzerland, working with entrepreneurs, private clients, Family Offices and professional intermediaries.

What you will do:

• Originate and develop new client relationships.
• Manage and further develop existing relationships.
• Build trusted relationships with entrepreneurs, Family Offices and professional intermediaries.
• Work closely with senior management and investment professionals and contribute to broader business development initiatives.

To be suitable for this role, you bring:

• 8+ years of relevant client-facing experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, Family Office, Investment Management, Private Equity or a comparable financial services environment.
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships, strong knowledge of the Swiss market and an entrepreneurial, credible and commercially minded personality.

An established Swiss network or existing book of business would be a strong advantage, but is not an absolute requirement.

Languages:

• Swiss German / German at native level and fluent English are essential.
• French would be an advantage.
