Bachem Holding AG invites applications for a Senior Project Procurement Lead (a) 100% at the Sisslerfeld site in Northwestern Switzerland. The role leads procurement workstreams for CAPEX projects, coordinating Category Managers, Engineering, PMO and leadership to secure optimal commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 10–15+ years in procurement and contract management within large CAPEX projects, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a field related to engineering, business, law or economics.
• Additional qualifications in Procurement, Contract Management, Project Management or Legal Management are valuable.
• 10-15+ years in Procurement, Commercial and Contract Management within large CAPEX projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead the procurement workstream of the Bachem Sisslerfeld program; act as single point of contact for project procurement.
• Define and drive overall procurement, sourcing and commercial strategy in alignment with PMO and Engineering.
• Coordinate procurement activities across CAPEX categories (Construction, Equipment, Installation & Interior, Automation, Engineering Services).
• Support and partially lead commercial negotiations and award recommendations for major contracts and key suppliers.
• Own procurement governance, risk management and reporting across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Legal on contract reviews; drive claims and disputes in cooperation with Category Manager, Legal and PMO.
