Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking an Executive Director, Business Development (Strategic Accounts) to lead enterprise-level sales growth and multi-year account strategy across global pharma clients. You will shape partnerships, negotiate MSAs, and drive client engagement with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will build strategic plans, guide proposals and RFP responses, and represent Syneos Health at industry events while maintaining CRM records and forecasting to support

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a science related field or equivalent.
• Proven experience in strategic sales, global business development, or client relationship management.
• Significant experience in the clinical trial industry and understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape.
• Knowledge of clinical research service lines and drug development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Leads global business development across a portfolio of high-value accounts.
• Identifies, evaluates, and pursues enterprise-level opportunities, MSAs, and strategic alliances.
• Creates and maintains multi-year strategic growth plans for key global clients.
• Serves as a strategic advisor to client executives by understanding business priorities and pipelines.
• Maintains CRM records and coordinates contract processes to support proposals and renewals.
