Job summary

Genpact is hiring a Business Development Executive in Switzerland. You will generate significant annual contract value by selling BPO, ITO, and consulting services, while shaping a strategic plan to reach ambitious targets.

You’ll close large engagements with EVP and C-level buyers, maintain a robust pipeline, and collaborate with account management and delivery teams to create a client-centric approach. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics or Finance, or MBA.
• MBA or Analytics focus is a plus.
• Strong quantitative and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Generate $10M in annual contract value by positioning Genpact’s offerings.
• Develop and communicate a strategic sales plan to hit goals.
• Close engagements ranging from $25M to $100M+ with EVP/C-level buyers.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and collaborate with delivery teams.
