Hitachi ABB Power Grids is seeking a Strategic AI Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of custom AI solutions across the Finance capability. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience as a Project/Delivery Manager, preferably delivering AI projects; 5+ years as people manager.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional delivery teams.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Domain experience in Finance is a strong plus. Agile Scrum Master certification and technical knowledge of AI systems and solutions is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI use cases and projects within the Finance capability, ensuring proper scoping, planning and on-time delivery within budget and success criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Use Case sponsors, DAAI Heads in BUs, Finance stakeholders, IT, and DAAI teams to ensure proper execution of use cases.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of AI Delivery Leads responsible for successful execution of AI initiatives across Finance.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for scope projects.
• Create Statements of Work and manage external vendors/partners to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Monitor project progress across AI use case portfolio, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide active support to AI Delivery Leads for Finance capability, acting as first escalation point.
• Provide leadership to multinational project teams fostering collaboration and productivity.
