HITACHI ENERGY HOLDINGS LTD in Zurich, Switzerland invites applications for a Strategic AI Program Manager for the Finance capability. You will drive end-to-end delivery of custom-built AI solutions across BUs, translating business needs into scalable, governance-aligned architectures.

You will lead AI Delivery Leads, coordinate with business sponsors, IT, and DAAI, manage external partners, and ensure projects are scoped, planned, and executed on time and within budget.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, business, or a related field.
• 15+ years as a Project/Delivery Manager, 5+ years in people management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Finance domain experience; Agile Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI use cases in Finance.
• Collaborate with sponsors, BU heads, finance stakeholders, IT, and DAAI teams.
• Lead AI Delivery Leads and manage external vendors/partners.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, resources.
• Monitor progress, assess risks, and implement mitigations.
• Provide leadership to multinational project teams.
