AWS ProServe seeks a Senior Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of large Healthcare and Life Sciences transformation programs. You will orchestrate 50+ person teams of AWS builders, partners, and customers to deliver AI, data, and enterprise modernization outcomes.

You will shape program direction, manage risks, and align stakeholders across business lines. This role emphasizes executive relationship building, governance, and delivering measurable business value in a fast changing cloud

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in technology transformation program management, delivering multi-workstream programs end-to-end.
• Experience in healthcare and/or life sciences industry.
• Experience with fixed-price, milestone-based delivery models with scope, risk, and financial discipline.

Aufgaben

• Build and nurture executive relationships (VP+), advising on program direction, health, risks, and trade-offs.
• Proactively manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for outcomes.
• Orchestrate across customer lines of business, IT, and partner teams to align priorities and timelines.
