Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Switzerland seeks a senior Data & AI Strategy consultant to drive transformation projects from strategy through delivery and sales support. You will lead stakeholder workshops, align data architectures, and shape service models.

You will build reusable assets, guide product backlog, ensure user acceptance, and act as a thought leader at events. Excellent communication in German and English is required, with English submissions for applications.

Qualifikationen

• University degree from a leading institution in business or STEM.
• Strong consulting foundations, including effective communication, project management, and running workshops.
• Experience in Data / AI-related work.
• Wide-ranging data / AI literacy, including Responsible AI, Agentic AI, Data Mesh, and Synthetic data.
• Experience working on data / AI topics including strategy, transformation, or development of data / AI solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Assertive, eloquent, proactive, and enthusiastic.
• Highly customer-centric and able to think and communicate across disciplines and levels of seniority.
• Results-oriented and able to win over stakeholders and decision-makers.

Aufgaben

• Ensure Data & AI projects generate impact from offering development and delivery and ongoing relationship management.
• Help clients achieve Data & AI ambitions through strategy and transformation projects.
• Identify value-adding use cases, assess client maturity, and execute transformation roadmaps.
• Lead discovery of bespoke AI solution use cases, manage product backlogs, supervise delivery teams, and ensure user acceptance.
• Align data and AI platform architectures to user requirements.
• Define service and operating models and oversee delivery of data products.
• Facilitate collaboration between interdisciplinary stakeholders and bridge delivery teams with business stakeholders.
• Support consultants and business developers across the sales pipeline, including positioning meetings and consulting proposals.
• Act as an internal and external ambassador and thought leader through content publication and professional events.
• Develop reusable assets, packaged consulting offerings, templates, and demonstrators.
