Axpos in Baden, Switzerland, seeks a Senior AI Lead to establish the central AI stream in our Finance Digital Team and drive AI strategy, roadmap and priorities. You will identify high-value GenAI opportunities and translate pain points into scalable cloud-based AI solutions for Finance.

Lead partnerships with IT and vendors, run workshops, and mentor a junior AI colleague in Madrid, shaping reusable methods and standards across Finance.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a relevant technical or quantitative field.
• Several years of AI, GenAI, data or digital transformation experience.
• Hands-on with cloud AI platforms and cost-efficient deployment.

• Establish and lead the central AI stream within the Finance Digital Team.
• Shape AI vision, roadmap and priorities, identify high-value opportunities.
• Turn process pain points into scalable cloud-based AI solutions.
• Guide development of AI assistants, knowledge solutions and decision-support tools for Finance.
• Mentor a junior AI colleague and collaborate across Baden, Madrid and Finance.
• Interact with Group IT and vendors to align GenAI initiatives.
