VF Corporation, based in Stabio, Switzerland, seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts & Partner Excellence to drive end-to-end governance of the Zalando Group relationship and to scale new full-price and off-price marketplace capabilities. The role sits in the Global Wholesale Operations team and requires coordinating across brands and regions.

You will build joint business plans, lead cross-brand negotiations, and advance 2P operating models while aligning stakeholders to accelerate

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading strategic accounts within a multi-brand, matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of 1P and 2P digital marketplace dynamics and terms.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable operating models and governance routines.
• Excellent stakeholder leadership and ability to align senior leaders across functions.

Responsabilités

• Define the VF x Zalando Playbook for commercial and operational priorities.
• Lead joint business planning and cross-brand account execution (1P & 2P).
• Negotiate terms and build 2P capabilities across full-price and off-price accounts in EMEA.
• Design 2P operating models (org, process, metrics, talent) based on brand readiness.
• Lead training and change management to drive adoption.
• Prepare PMO updates with DT and other functions.
• Run regular reviews with account counterparts and track cross-brand KPIs.
