Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts & Partner Excellence to lead end-to-end governance of the Zalando Group relationship and develop marketplace capabilities across VF brands in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. • Experience leading strategic accounts in a multi-brand, matrixed organization.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable operating models and playbooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Define the VF x Zalando Playbook for commercial and operational aspects.
• Build joint business plans with channel-agnostic ambitions and targets.
• Lead 2P term negotiations and governance with brand leaders and partners.
• Design 2P operating models and metrics across full-price and off-price marketplaces.
• Support change management and training across markets and brands.
• Coordinate PMO updates with DT and other functions.
• Run regular check-ins with account counterparts and enable cross-brand execution.
