Job summary

VF Corporation, on behalf of Vans EMEA, is seeking an exceptional Merchandiser, Apparel and Accessories to join our Merchandising team in Stabio, Switzerland. You will drive Go-to-Market excellence for the Apparels and Accessories category within the EMEA Wholesale channel and influence cross-functional teams across regions.

You will leverage your knowledge of the competitive landscape, wholesale dynamics, and market trends to curate assortments, partner with planning, and ensure brand

Qualifications

• Formal education in business, design, retail merchandising, or marketing is preferred.
• Experience in wholesale or Go-to-Market strategies is a plus.
• Strong sense of product and market trends with brand consistency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute the global merchandising strategy through regional marketplace strategy.
• Curate assortments for wholesale accounts and influence adoption externally.
• Partner with planning to build revenue-driving assortments.
• Lead in-season management with sales analysis and action-oriented steps.
• Monitor marketplace trends and regional channel needs to adapt briefs.
