Zusammenfassung

Jabil is seeking an Account Manager in Switzerland to serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet delivery and service goals. You will build strong relationships, monitor demand, and drive continuous improvement in order fulfillment, forecasting, and data reporting within our ERP environment.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
Experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Program Management, or related role (2–5 years).
Experience in manufacturing/electronics/medical device or industrial environments is preferred.

Aufgaben

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships based on trust and responsiveness.
Coordinate customer requirements with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Planning, Production, Quality, Engineering, Finance).
Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery performance while mitigating risks.
Monitor demand forecasts, order status, inventory levels, and key account metrics.
