Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Data Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 4–6+ years in Master Data Management, Data Migration, Data Governance, ERP implementation, or Quality Systems in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to propose innovative solutions.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Define and implement master data governance, ownership, and control across SAP domains.
• Lead data conversion activities: mapping, validation, cleansing, testing, migration.
• Manage the Non-Conformance Management team and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with teams to establish workflows, approvals, and conversion procedures.
• Coordinate data quality initiatives, migration readiness, and cutover activities.
