Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate customer requirements with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Planning, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery performance while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Monitor demand forecasts, order status, inventory levels, and key account metrics.
• Lead customer communications regarding schedules, deliveries, escalations, and operational issues.
• Organize and participate in customer reviews, business meetings, and performance discussions.
• Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support account growth opportunities and contribute to strategic business objectives.
• Maintain accurate account data and reporting within ERP and business systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Program Management, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience within a manufacturing, electronics, medical device, or industrial environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English; German is highly desirable.
