Jabil in Grenchen, Switzerland, seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Portfolio Supervisor (m/f/d) for a 100% role. You will lead the Project Management team, oversee the Grenchen site portfolio, and ensure projects are well-scoped, planned, and delivered with clear milestones, owners, and budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, 5–7 years in manufacturing/engineering/operations, and experience in portfolio management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5-7 years in manufacturing, engineering, ops, PM, or portfolio mgmt.
• 3+ years in PM/portfolio leadership preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop Project Management team.
• Oversee Grenchen site project portfolio including NPI and transfers.
• Ensure projects are scoped, planned, governed with milestones, owners, budgets.
• Align portfolio with Operations, ME, and Business Units.
• Monitor portfolio performance and resolve resource conflicts.
